Can the chooks eat their way out of this one?

David2 and I moved their coop yesterday after school. We put the run over a massive plant, which is right where we want to put their coop when we build their permanent run. This next photo gives a better impression of how much room they’ve got at the moment:

Every day they’ll get more room as they hack into that plant. It’s like a ‘Survivor’ challenge for chickens. Or like a glutton being told that the whole smorgasbord is for him. Let’s see how they go…

This is the last day of term 2. Two weeks holidays are almost here!!!!!

    The happiest chooks in Australia!

I have a love/hate relationship with school holidays. Love them because I get to work less while the school kids get some rostered hours. Hate them because less work means a little less money coming in for a while. Gotta tighten the purse strings.

Love your dogs, their behaviour is so typical of cavaliers. I used to have two, the same as yours. I really miss them but have promised my husband, no more dogs until we are too old to travel OS anymore. Enjoy them while you can.

Don't be shy... say something!
