Green tomatoes


On Sunday the internet didn’t work all day, so I couldn’t access any of the recipes for the green tomatoes. I diced them up and popped them in the freezer (thanks Janet!) I’ll have a play around with them when life isn’t so hectic. 2.5 kilos worth! Not bad.

    Yum on the green toms and well done on such a bumper crop 🙂

    With the black plastic tubs, put tape on the bottom in a X (this stops the plastic splitting and tool from slipping) and use a corkscrew to drill a hole in the centre of the X.
    Or use a hammer and nail.
    Don’t need drills that way 😉
