On Saturday, after taking David19 to see his father for the first time in 3 years, the two of us stopped off at Early Settler in Ormond just to see if there was anything there to put a tv on.

We selected a tallboy, not strictly a tv cabinet but I love that now all of the clutter of cds and dvds are hidden from view. The guys from the shop delivered it Sunday afternoon and David19 and I set it all up.

Ryan17 comes through the door after their weekend at Tony’s and says, “That looks EPIC.”

Yes, people. My lounge room is now Epic.

Shame we have to leave it for a couple of days and pop down to Inverloch for a family Christmas.

We’re leaving the cats and chooks but taking the dogs. Mum and Dad’s Murphy will be there, (well known to long time readers of this blog as the chicken killer), as well as my sister’s mini schnauzers Gus and Tilly. Bertie, peacefully sleeping and snoring, has no idea what’s about to come!

Merry Christmas everyone.

Merry Christmas to you too. Glad to see I’m not the only one who seems to have caught the spending bug this year!

Merry Christmas Frogdancer. Hope you have a great time with your family this Christmas and wish you all a happy and healthy New year.

PS the tallboy and new shiny TV look very stylish, and as the mother of a gamer myself, I can envisage the hours of unadulterated joy/Nazi zombie slaying to come. Happy Birthday Ryan (soon to be)18.
