A beautiful Saturday afternoon.

Sunny day. Blue skies. Music coming from the boys’ bedroom as someone is noodling around on the piano.

Selling thermomixes, buying potting mix and filling wicking boxes. Resolving to burst into the back bedroom and drag boys out to do some lawn mowing and weeding. Argh! Teenagers are so annoying with their propensity to enjoy doing nothing.

Replanting saffron and herbs.

This is the parsley in the front yard under the lemon tree.

Making soap. If it turns out photogenic you may see a photo of it tomorrow. But then again, given how irregularly I’ve been posting, maybe not…

Procrastinating by being on Facebook and looking at silly links, such as the one below:

For Scott, Spo and anyone else who likes hot men and kittens.

Deciding to make lasagne tonight, and leaping up from the computer to pull some mince from the freezer.

Coming back with a mug of basil mint tea to finish this post. I had two people in 3 days tell me off for not posting more regularly. Must be more organised.

Molly’s not well. She’s getting older and I think she may need to have a chest x-ray and some heart medication. Not bad for a 12 year old Cavalier. She’s a dear soul and we love her. I tried to take a photo of her but she was half asleep and rolling her eyes around. She looked wasted and this is simply not that kind of blog.

Oh Molly! I hope she’s OK.
Can you make lasagne in the Thermomix?

Did you look at the link? Of course you can!
You have to bake it in the oven, of course.

Don't be shy... say something!
